This is an opening for the position of “Executive Secretary”. The candidates need to have the following expertise and qualifications:

· MUST hold an experience or a degree in accounting or HR

· In depth knowledge of office management, have Strong personality and can work under pressure.

· Be professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities.

· Increasing the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried out timely and efficiently.

· Self-motivated, results -oriented, ability to thrive in a business environment, team player attitude and goal oriented.

· Full expertise in Microsoft suite such as word, excel sheet, etc.

· Proficiency in writing professional and formal letters in English.

· Can speak and write in Arabic is a big advantage.
