Detailed Description Job

Duties and Responsibilities

· Welcoming all customers with a wide smile.

· Attract potential customer by answering service inquiries and provide information about other services.

· Provide accurate information to the customer and make sure that the customer understands their chosen driving package.

· Open the customer file and help him fill out the required forms and documents

· Maintain customer information by updating their records.

· Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite the correction and adjustment and make follow up to ensure resolution.

· Advise financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

· Recommend services to academy management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

· Ensure that the customer data are keyed-in correctly in the system.

· Ensure that the information received from the customer is accurate before payment is processed.

· Make sure correct invoice is generated to the right customer.

· Ensure correct amount of payment is received from the customer.

· Direct the customer to make the eye test and make follow up

· Responsible in reconciling the revenue on a daily basis as required by the Academy.

· Maintain good working relationship with customers and colleagues

· Ensure the company reputation by providing good customer service.

· Take instructions well from the Management as to when and then.

· Attend all trainings, briefing and meeting as arranged by the Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English , Hindi ,Bangla (Preferred)
