Detailed Description Job
The primary responsibility of the role is to support the users and merchants of POS machines and perform any related technical support.
(The job is only for 2 months. Series of training will be provided to the selected candidates.)
- Provide professional customer service to users and merchants of POS machines
- Perform the assigned tasks received from the Dispatching Mobile Application in a timely manner.
- Review the assigned tasks and prepare the needed materials.
- Update the POS terminal in the assigned location.
- Configure devices in a timely manner.
- Install software and hardware in the assigned location.
- Perform technical test in the POS device to identify issues.
- Document details of each ticket / incidents clearly.
- Consult with the team and Customer Service Supervisor if the problem is not diagnosed.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Job location may vary, car and driving license is required
- Diploma or Certification in Computer Science or any related program
- Good command in writing and speaking English
- At least 1 year related experience or fresh graduates with on-the-job training or internship experience
- Due to travel restrictions, only candidates currently residing in Qatar are required
