About the role:

As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for executing all sales activities assigned to reach both financial and profitable targets. Provides world class service to customers through exceptional commitment and self-managed pro-activity. In addition, you will be responsible for being totally committed to customer satisfaction, revenue generation and aligned with achieving the monthly set individual revenue targets.

Accountabilities:

  • To research for new market opportunities in the Business aviation through follow up with existing client requests to gain market share and new requests to increase flights and revenue.
  • Map out the potential customers and competitors by following up on each request. Prepare customer profiles to deliver the best services by understanding flight profiles, aircraft preferences, seasonality and competition they might us to generate new revenue and increase share of wallet from existing sources.
  • Correspond with prospects and clients in a timely and accurate manner by keeping our clients updated even if we are waiting for an answer to ensure we are always the go to operator for their requires.
  • Effectively sell QE fleet to customers by listening carefully to their requirements and proposing the best solution we can offer based on their requirements, ensuring we keep a high conversation ratio and drive revenue to the bottom line.
  • To maximise all opportunities in the process of closing a sale by listening to client requests and delivering the most suitable proposal and bringing the flight to fruition.
  • Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise.
  • Ensure that in performance of the role, all uses, disclosures and requests of any information (in any form) are done in accordance with data protection principles adopted by the QR Group and are limited to what is reasonably required to accomplish the intended business purposes of the use, disclosure or request.
  • Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimise health and safety risks for self and colleagues.

About you

An ideal candidate should have Vocational Qualification/ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or a relevant (minimum) of 5 years multi-national markets experience working in luxury goods related industry.

Detailed Description Job

As Sponsorships & CSR Coordinator, you will be responsible to support Sponsorship & CSR section’s administrative requirements. You will ensure that all documentation is in place following QR internal policies. Additionally, and will be extending support for assigned projects from an operational perspective.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the head of the section and Team. This includes raising CMCs, PR/PE/PO, Invoice, Giveaway and other related management
  • To assist in raising internal requisition, paperwork and documentation to process Sponsorship & CSR requirement for current and upcoming project(s)
  • You will take active part at the assigned project(s), ensuring all benefits/deliverables are being executed by making sure that QR receives all their rights as per agreement with sponsored project
  • You will communicate with external parties and be the point of contact for any requirement for the fulfilment of agreed Sponsorship benefit and CSR outcome and will keep track of the same
  • Periodically maintain all online and offline update for the section by ensuring Sponsorship & CSR section on the internet and intranet is continuously updated with relevant information
  • Will work closely with internal section to ensure deadlines related with projects are effectively met and ensure deadlines related requirements are met
  • Will coordinate with internal staff such as distribution clerks and other departments to ensure task that require their assistance are fulfilled
  • Maintain professional relationship with internal/external parties and keep track to maintain record of all requisition forms and section files
  • Keep internal system thoroughly updated
  • Prepare presentation, spreadsheet and report as required in relation to Sponsorships & CSR project
  • Update office policy and process as needed
  • Schedule meeting, processes agendas and minutes of meeting
